Terms of Service

Foundry Studio Ltd provides brand strategy, product design, and launch campaign services. All project work is governed by individual statements of work agreed between parties.

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all deliverables created specifically for their project. Foundry retains the right to showcase work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed.

Standard payment terms are 50% upfront, 50% on completion. Extended payment arrangements may be available for larger projects.

Foundry Studio's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question.

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
